We are looking for an Associate Consultant with four (4) to six (6) years of experience in Occupational Hygiene including Asbestos. The successful applicant must be a Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA). You must be able to demonstrate your experience with friable asbestos.

The role may be approximately 2 – 3 days (20-30 hours) per week at various locations around Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter and North Coast regions. All training will be provided.

  • undertaking inspections for the presence of asbestos building materials and other hazardous materials;
  • conducting asbestos airborne fibre sampling in accordance with relevant standards or guidance documents;
  • undertaking visual clearance inspections following asbestos remediation;
  • supervision and project management of asbestos remediation;
  • technical report writing.
  • The role will provide the successful applicant a path to gaining an Asbestos Assessor’s License or equivalent BOHS ‘P’ certification.
