Tony is a pragmatic, empowering and engaging leader, who has filled senior Director/General Manager (HSEQ and Operations) level roles in both the UK and Australia over the last 25 years. His experience includes roles in large-scale petrochemical/hydrocarbon production assets, building material manufacturing facilities (clay products and plastics), major construction projects in the commercial, civil and Resource/mining sectors (in both contractor and EPCM/EPC environments), integrated iron-ore mining operations and professional service consultancy.
He has led, developed and managed many large and diverse teams, and with strong commercial knowledge, significant cultural change management/systems thinking experience and highly developed people development skills, Tony has delivered exceptional performance in multiple industry sectors.
