David Crouch is a Founder Director of RED OHMS Group and its Chief Executive Officer. With over 25 years of experience in business development, sales and operations — with a particular focus on the occupational health and safety space — David brings an innate understanding of client requirements and an ability to match the right solutions and specialists to those needs. He began his career in the Royal Australian Navy in an electronic systems maintenance role before moving into supervisory and leadership positions. The past 17 years have been spent within safety-related industries, spanning consultancy, operations management and commercial leadership across defence, mining, construction and offshore sectors. As CEO, David is focused on building a people- and performance-led organisation with safety at its core, blending commercial discipline with a strong safety culture to ensure consistent delivery, effective risk management and a thriving team.
